Miss Hope Santiago is the co-founder of Hope of St. James Medical Coding School and the driving force behind its success. Her business acumen, combined with Dr. Manny St. James' passion for teaching, has created an institution that has transformed the lives of thousands of students. Miss Hope's dedication to providing top-quality education while fostering a strong sense of community has been the cornerstone of the school's enduring legacy.

In 1998, Miss Hope and Dr. Manny St. James embarked on a journey to create an educational institution that would not only offer excellence in medical coding education but also provide a supportive and nurturing environment. Their vision was born out of a desire to spend more time together as a family, as Dr. Manny's daily commute to hospitals in Lake Elsinore and Culver City kept him away for hours.

Their journey began humbly, teaching a single student out of their own garage in Diamond Bar, California. Driven by their unwavering commitment, they expanded their school's reach and opened their first official location in Covina, California, in 2000. Over the years, Miss Hope's guidance and support have helped the school grow and thrive, now spanning five different locations: Covina, Cerritos, Corona, Glendale, and Tustin. Together with Dr. Manny, she has created a welcoming family of students and professionals within Hope of St. James Medical Coding School.
